A crafty month!

April showers brought puddles fit for a paper Titanic. The engineers’ B Model is shown here.

We spent most of April preparing for the Kid’s Bazaar, which was carried out successfully. Students carefully constructed products to sell at their booths and were paid in popcorn seeds for their goods. We were treated with ninja dolls, customized slime, glitter jars, finger knitted scarves, paper airlines,  fuse bead key chains, sewn pocket warmers, and paper party hats. The fifth graders helped sell Capri Suns and chips as fun treats. We also learned who may have a future in sales and marketing!
