Hello families and welcome back to school! The first week is done and we are definitely getting back into the swing of things. I want to start by introducing myself. My name is Brennan and I am the program’s new receptionist. I handle scheduling, billing, reception/dispatch during the day, and will be updating the blog. (Maybe in the future we’ll get a few other voices on here as well.)
This year we have over 180 children in our program, we get a few more everyday it seems. With that said, I’m trying to update changes and make sure that everyone’s schedules are correct as a first priority to ensure that everyone is accounted for on their scheduled days. We understand that schedules will be changing during this month of September, and ask that you relay any changes ASAP by calling or talking to Cindy, our director, or myself.
A request from me during this hectic time…
Please speak slowly when leaving a voice message and over-anunciate both you and your child’s names. Also speak slowly when giving your phone number and/or repeat your number.
Thank you for helping me so that I can better serve you.
This next week we will have billing statements ready for you in your folders. Please check your statements and if there are any questions let us know. Charges should include a registration fee if you have not already paid one and your monthly tuition fees (minus the deposit if you paid it from last year).
We hope to also start organizing the outside activities lists and there will be a form available sometime next week to sign your child up.
