Hello again all,
I just wanted to give everyone an inside look at one of our most popular clubs here at Aftercare, Knitting Club.
Led by Rebecca, kids of all ages and skill levels have received their very own knitting needles and yarn, and the results have been both colorful and impressive. Students that have never knitted in their lives have created tightly woven scarves and long finger weaves. We have all been happily surprised by the huge response to the club and the diversity of ages and children interested.
That being said, we are always in need of more yarn, as more and more students look to jump head first into knitting. If you have any spare yarn or feel inclined to donate some to Aftercare we would be very appreciative.
