Hello and welcome to an exciting year at Aftercare!
Students in Aftercare have been involved in many activities since the start of the 2016-17 school year. Some of the most exciting weeks we’ve had yet include getting ready for the Buckaroo and learning about our own galaxy during Space Week. Students were able to make UFO’s, Moon Rocks, as well as learned about our solar system!
Last week was the kick-off for two beloved clubs: Card Club and Lego Club. Every Thursday in Aftercare students can play with their Pokemon, Magic, Sports etc., cards. Every Friday in Aftercare all students are welcome to be part of Lego Club and complete challenges! All Legos are provided so students can keep their figures and “treasures” safely at home.
As for the new month of October, we have many events to look forward to in Aftercare, including many days of costume fun for our Medieval Week and Superhero Week. Visit here often to read more updates and to see moments of Aftercare!
