Color Week has been a lot of fun! We started the week with red apple stick men, wore our school color on Tuesday, learned to finger knit with yellow and green yarn mid-week, and saved Friday for celebrating every other color of the rainbow!
Next week is Buckaroo Week, an annual Ainsworth tradition of celebrating the pioneers, cowgirls, and cowboys who came before us. We’ll have games, theater arts and gym activities that incorporate the wonders of The Old West!
Next Friday, October 6th, the entire school will have a Buckaroo Celebration. Because we’ll need to share many of the rooms we use at After School with the rest of our Ainsworth Community, we ask that you pick up your child early on Friday, October 6th. Our goal is to have as many children as possible checked out around 4:00pm, so that the school can begin setting up for Buckaroo.
